Alec Kerr — Chef & Artisan

Trained in the classical Italian tradition at George Brown College and ALMA Scuola di Cucina in Parma, Italy, Chef Alec's palate was forged in the kitchens of Europe's finest restaurants — including a Michelin-starred placement at Terme di Saturnia, Tuscany.

His philosophy is rooted in direct relationships with local farmers, artisan butchers, and small producers across Toronto and the Niagara Region — bringing the same reverence for ingredients that defines great restaurant cooking into your home.
