I’ve always had a passion for sharing my love of food. My professional journey started at the George Brown College Italian Culinary Arts program. This culminated in an international work placement at ALMA Scoula Di Cucine in Parma, Italy. In the heart of Tuscany, I continued to develop my personal tastes and flavours at the Michelin star restaurant, Terme di Saturnia Hotel.
Through my various culinary positions in the food capital of Canada, Toronto, and the Niagara Region at Treadwell Farm to Table, I became dedicated to the practice of incorporating premium local ingredients to elevate food compositions. My palette, passion and culinary skills further evolved while living in some of the world’s greatest food countries such as Italy, Spain, Portugal and Japan.
Strong relationships were developed with local farmers throughout my four-year tenure at a premium butcher shop in Toronto holding various positions including head wholesale butcher, prepared foods and R&D chef. Here, I was inspired to start my journey as a private chef.
I now have the pleasure of working closely with Pasture Butchery and other local purveyors to provide exceptional quality products from meat, in house charcuterie, hand selected cheese and local premium vegetables.

How it Works
Upon consultation I will design a menu tailored to your personal preferences/all dietary needs for your event. You will be given 3 variations per course then choose 1 of the 3 options. After the menu is set, relax and enjoy your hands off event.
